Xiaomei Tan is an associate with WRI’s international climate policy team. She has a Bachelor’s degree in political science, a Masters degree in Economics, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy with a focus on environmental policy. Xiaomei previously explored climate and energy issues from the perspective of public health in China. Currently, she works closely with WRI’s China Climate program.
