Vivian Fong is WRI’s Human Resources Director, having assumed the position in November 1999 when the position was created. Prior to WRI, Ms. Fong worked for six and a half years at the national office of Very Special Arts as the Director of Human Resources. She also worked as a Human Resources Officer over a seven year period at two different banks in Maryland and Vermont. Before entering human resources, she held educational administration positions at Beloit College in Wisconsin, and Saint Michael’s College in Vermont.

Ms. Fong holds a Master of Education degree in Student Personnel Services in Higher Education from The University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from The University of California Santa Barbara.
