A Ford Visiting Fellow at the World Resources Institute (WRI), Sibel Bulay Koyluoglu is the Project Director of EMBARQ-Istanbul. Before joining WRI, Ms. Bulay Koyluoglu worked for Ford Motor Company where, in addition to working in Product Development, she was involved in sustainable development initiatives. Prior to joining Ford, she taught at the Middle East Technical University in Gaziantep, Turkey. Ms. Bulay Koyluoglu holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Michigan.
