Rashawn (Shawn) Stepp came to WRI in October 2004 with two years of human resources experience at the Goodwill of Greater Washington. In addition to her human resources experience she also has several years of customer service and sales experience.

Shawn works full time at WRI while simultaneously pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business from Morgan State University.
