Ethan joined the EMBARQ team in January 2007. Prior to working with EMBARQ, Ethan wrote for nextbillion.net, a blog on business solutions for low-income consumers, and conducted research for the World Resources Report, WRI's flagship publication. He holds a BA in Spanish and Social Thought from Washington University in St. Louis. His interests include non-motorized transportation and sustainable urban design.
