Emily Cooper Research Associate

Emily is a Research Associate in WRI's People and Ecosystems Program, focusing on economic valuation of coral reefs. She is currently leading the project's assessment of reef and mangrove goods and services in Belize.

While at WRI, Emily has also worked as a researcher and writer on World Resources 2005: The Wealth of the Poor and as a writer on World Resources 2008: Roots of Resilience.

Emily holds a B.A. in Biology from Brown University and an MSc. with distinction in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics.
