Eliot has joined WRI as a Research Analyst to focus on domestic climate policy and engagement with the corporate community. Prior to WRI, Eliot was an environmental/energy manager with Eastern Research Group where he put his analytical and communications skills to good use managing their client's (EPA) energy and water reporting system, analyzing progress toward energy and water efficiency goals, developing policy summaries and providing technical and communications support.

Eliot received his B.S. Environmental Science and Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and will shortly add a M.S. Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University to his list of credentials.
