Claudia, a Peruvian national, has held various managerial positions in the Peruvian government. She worked on traffic safety issues in the Ministry of Transport, at the Public Registries Agency within the Ministry of Justice, and on Public-Private Partnerships for the Ministry of Economics.

Claudia received her law degree in her hometown of Arequipa. She has also completed training in transport management, and has an Executive Masters degree in Public Administration and a Masters of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University in New York.
