• 2005 September 12. "Bus Rapid Transit is evaluated at first International Congress on Sustainable Transport". Congress will analyze the experiences in Mexico and project the demand for BRT systems throughout Latin America

• 2004 August 25. "Mexico adopts standards to measure global warming gases". Mexico is the first country to adopt the GHG Protocol to establish a voluntary nationwide program to measure corporate emissions of global warming gases.
